1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the internal software tools and automation features operated by Website Builders America (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This application is a private, internal-use system designed only for posting content to our own TikTok account. It is not offered to the public and is not intended for use by external users.
By accessing or using this application, you agree to these Terms.
2. Not a Public Service
This application is not a consumer product and is not available for signup, registration, or use by the general public. It exists solely to allow Website Builders America to publish pre-approved marketing videos to our own TikTok account.
We do not:
- provide account access to other users;
- allow third-party posting;
- sell or license this software; or
- offer this as a commercial platform or service.
3. Description of Functionality
This application enables Website Builders America to upload and store pre-recorded video files, generate captions and marketing text, and publish videos to our verified TikTok account using the TikTok Content Posting API. No other features are provided.
4. Data Usage
We do not collect, store, share, or process any personal data from TikTok users or the public.
The only data accessed through TikTok’s API is authentication tokens for our own TikTok account and publishing status of our own posts.
We do not access follower information, analytics data, profile data of other users, or any personal information. For details on how TikTok handles data, please refer to the TikTok Privacy Policy.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect authentication credentials used solely for our own account. Access tokens are stored securely and are not shared with any third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
All content published through this application—including videos, captions, graphics, and branding—remains the exclusive property of Website Builders America. TikTok’s trademarks and platform rights belong to TikTok.
7. Limitations of Use
You may not:
- attempt to access this application if you are not authorized;
- reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute this software;
- use it to interact with other TikTok accounts; or
- use it to violate TikTok’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Any unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued internal use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
